If you’re just starting out online, I would suggest a Blogspot blog. Blogger is owned by Google and is very easy to set-up, add content to, and monetize, especially with AdSense, as you might suspect.
If you are going to try to earn some extra money blogging I would opt for a hosted Wordpress.org blog. Why? Because a hosted blog (from my experience) is easier to rank in the serps (search engine results page.) If you would find it difficult to part with the $10.00 or so monthly for hosting than a Blogger blog is the way to go.
Regardless of which platform you decide to use, the best way to start (I think) is to choose a niche (the subject of your blog) that you have some interest in, or better yet are passionate about. This will make writing content (the hardest part for me) for your new blog much easier. Think about it, if you know your subject matter well you don’t have to do much research (if any), you will be able to just write, and that my friend will make your blogging sooo much easier!
If making money online from your blog is part of your plan, you should choose a niche (the topic of your blog) with ready-to-buy customers. How do you do this? You get into you visitors heads and figure out what they will want or need, and then you simply supply that want or need in the pages of your blog. You can turn a simple little blog into a money making machine!
So you want to work from your home and make some extra money online? There are many ways to accomplish this, but I think starting your own blog is the best way! This way you will have an online presents, and will have to do some writing, (which you had better get used to.)

If you do get demoralised with your results, analyse what’s been happening. It’s possible your programme needs some adjusting. Additional physical activity can help you catch up. A brisk walk several times a week can be done at any time of day.
